The Thirteen Besom
Handcrafted in the shape of a traditional turkey wing whisk, The Thirteen Mini Besom is made with 13 layered bundles of broomcorn, honoring the sacred symbolism of the number thirteen. Long associated with the 13 lunar cycles of the year and the 13 menstrual cycles traditionally experienced by women, thirteen is a number of intuition, transformation, and connection to the natural rhythms of life.
This besom is hand-bound with three durable vegan cord and adorned with dried Lavender, Rosemary from my garden, a small vial of salt and a braided hanging loop for easy display.
